Designed in collaboration with Material Kitchen, a fellow AAPI- and woman-founded business, the limited-edition Picnic Tote is our popular Plat Cookware Tote with an added feature—a small knife pocket! Now you can safely transport all your picnic essentials for preparing delicious food on the go.

The tote measures 15” x 16” when laid flat and has a 2” wide center gap. The tote can fit taller round or square cookware pots or pans from 12” x 3“ to 11” x 6” with handles and lids. The 13” straps are sewn in load-bearing areas and reinforced with bartack stitches. The sizing of our handcrafted totes may vary slightly. U.S. Patent D768,380.

100% certified-organic heavyweight cotton canvas duck produced using low-impact, environmentally friendly fabrication methods for a more sustainable fiber. The cotton canvas is food-safe, colored with low-impact dyeing methods, and uses zero hardware, plastic, or toxic elastics. Designed and made in San Francisco, California, with zero byproduct waste.

Machine wash with like colors in cold water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Dry flat, on a line, or in the dryer on a medium to low setting. Wash before using it the first time. When not in use, fold flat for easy compact storage.
A Perfect Pairing

The small knife pocket sewn inside the tote perfectly fits Material's Almost 4" Knife. This petite paring knife makes slicing seasonal fruit, veggies, and cheese a breeze.

Our patented design tote keeps everything horizontal on the go. Add Material's colorful BPA-free cutting board made entirely of kitchen plastic scraps and renewable sugarcane for a portable picnic table and serving board.  

Eco-friendly and truly all-purpose, Material's 10" reBowl is a go-to for mixing, serving, and storing. It is BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, and made from the same sustainable materials as the award-winning reBoards. The reBowl fits perfectly in our tote for carrying to your next gathering outdoors or indoors.
