Shipping, Returns, and Discounts
Shipping
Order Processing: Allow up to 5 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or website.
Domestic Shipping:
- Ground Advantage: Affordable and reliable option, estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Priority Mail: Includes tracking and delivers within 1-3 business days. Check delivery timeframes on the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map: [invalid URL removed].
International Shipping:
- We ship internationally via USPS. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination country.
- Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery time can exceed 30 business days to some of the 190 countries we serve.
- Please be aware that customs fees may be applicable upon receipt.
Returns
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we offer free returns for unused products in new condition within 15 days of purchase, with some exceptions.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us by email at customercare@aplat.com.
- We will then provide you with a free return shipping label.
- Once we receive your returned item, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Please note:
- Sale items, masks, factory seconds, and last call items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounts
Unless otherwise stated, discounts do not apply to sale, discontinued, last call or factory second items and cannot be combined.
Package Marked Delivered but Missing
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 72 hours before contacting us. In some cases, USPS may have scanned the package prematurely, and it should arrive within those 72 hours.
Here are some additional steps you can take:
- Check with neighbors: Ask if they've seen your package or if it was accidentally delivered to their address.
- Look around your property: See if the package was left in a secure location, like behind a bush or near a side door.
