This large preshrunk organic cotton pouch is perfect for storing smaller loaves of bread or use it standing upright to beautifully organize grains and dry goods on the counter and in the pantry. You can also use it to keep herbs and produce fresh in the fridge! Take our cotton food storage bags with you on your next trip to the store for zero waste shopping. Add our new bread cutting boards to cut, serve, and store with your bread, sized to fit perfectly in the Poche bag!

The large pouch measures 9” x 15" flat and has a 3" bottom gusset with a 15" opening. The cotton drawstring cord pulls tight for secure closure. The tare weight is 3.7 ounces.

100% certified-organic heavyweight cotton canvas duck produced using low-impact environmentally friendly fabrication methods for a more sustainable fiber. The natural cotton canvas is food-safe, free of dyes or harsh chemicals, and uses zero hardware, plastic, or toxic elastics. Designed and made in San Francisco, California, with zero byproduct waste.

Machine wash with like colors in cold water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Dry flat, on a line, or in the dryer on a medium to low setting. Wash before using it the first time.

To store bread, we recommend you dedicate one bag for bread only. Allow the bread’s loose flour to coat the canvas, building a protective layer. Please be patient as this coating process takes time. Just shake out the bread crumbs after each use. Securely seal the pouch by pulling the cotton cord.

We are big fans of Aplat. Recently we discovered on their site these pre-shrunk organic cotton Poche Bags, which can stand upright on the counter. .
